Once your order is confirmed as shipped, the carrier is now responsible for the shipment, and we are unable to provide any information or changes to the delivery. Please contact the carrier directly for further information. If your order becomes lost in the mail, it is the carrier's responsibility and you should file a claim with them. We are unable to provide refunds for items lost while under the responsibility of the carrier.

Ceramics are very fragile and can be damaged in transit. Our packaging is designed and labeled to prevent risk of damage as much as possible, but accidents still happen. Please inspect your package for damages before accepting delivery. If there are damages that look like they occurred in transit, you should deny the delivery. If you are unable to deny delivery, please contact the carrier and us as soon as possible.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Our products may be returned within 3 days of the item's confirmed delivery. Due to sanitary and legal reasons, the items must be absolutely unused. We will inspect all of the returned products before granting any refund or exchange. Returned items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and any shipping fees will also be deducted from the final refund.
