Refund policy
We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
- We will refund you using the same method you used to pay for your order.
- The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Your refund will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned item.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@minhlestudio.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Ceramics are very fragile and can be damaged in transit. Our packaging is designed and labeled to prevent the risk of damage as much as possible, but accidents still happen. Please inspect your package for damages before accepting delivery. If there are damages that look like they occurred in transit, you should deny the delivery. If you are unable to deny delivery, please contact the carrier and us as soon as possible.
Exchanges
If there’s a problem with your order, such as a product being defective or the wrong product being sent to you, please let us know, we’ll be happy to send a replacement product or part at no additional cost to you. Please contact customer support within 7 days from the date of delivery at support@minhlestudio.com to initiate your exchange. Exchanges are subject to the below circumstances:
- The product is defective and does not function correctly; please provide photos.
- The product was damaged when you received it; please provide photos.
- The wrong product was sent to you; please provide photos.
- You changed your mind or are not 100% happy with your order.
- If you are exchanging an item for this reason, it must be returned exactly as received. You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred to deliver and return the item. If the product returns broken as a result of improper packing then you will be charged in full.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
