Shipping policy

US Priority Mail Shipping is included.

Once an order is placed, we will ship within 3 business days.

Due to current events, shipping and delivery time may be affected that are beyond our control.


Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will provide tracking information via email. If you for some reason do not receive shipment information, please email us at support@minhlestudio.com.

Once your order is confirmed as shipped, the carrier is now responsible for the shipment, and we are unable to provide any information or changes to the delivery. Please contact the carrier directly for further information. If your order becomes lost in the mail, it is the carrier's responsibility and you should file a claim with them. We are unable to provide refunds for items lost while under the responsibility of the carrier.

Please be prepared to show the delivery person a valid ID to prove that you are 21 years or older.

Ceramics are very fragile and can be damaged in transit. Our packaging is designed and labeled to prevent the risk of damage as much as possible, but accidents still happen. Please inspect your package for damages before accepting delivery. If there are damages that look like they occurred in transit, you should take photos and contact the carrier and us as soon as possible.
